I like that Ephara has a draw ability reminiscent of Ephara, God of the Polis, and that pseudo-devotion ability with enchantments to grant her indestructible.

Indeed! It kind of surprised me that Hazoret&Djeru is not at least a bit indeestructible.

oh boy¡¡ my codulence to tiro when the flavor text get seen because that flavor text is really giving a clue that Heliod, thassa, Erebus, Purphoros, and nylea we¡¯re the gods phyrexian ajani got.
Huh, so Ephara is the backside of the invasion. I wondered whether they would make her mono-white or if she showed up as her own card, but no they just made her white-blue.
Also, this confirms Pyrulea is Invasion #240, because it and Theros were the only two planes fitting the number crunch. (Assuming they don't pull out Rabiah out of nowhere.)

I'll never understand why people judge the quality of a block by its power level and not the fun you have with playing it.
might be the most important quote of Mtg Sal history.
This card is absolutely perfect! My only point of contention is the subpar art on the front face. But the art and effect on Ephara are truly phenomenal - just gorgeous and brilliant. Everything about the back face is exceptional. I love that it tutors a god, demigod, or aura, and turns into one of my favorite Theros gods. Granted, I do resent not seeing Thassa and following up with her. She makes a cameo in the story, driving her bident into a Phrexian war ship, but what since?
That flavor text on Ephara is so lovely. But it does raise concerns regarding the 5 major gods... unless it makes no implications on their fates, merely emphasizing Ephara's dedication to humanity and order.
It appears Kruphix and Kydele's worst fears are at hand.

From the flavor it seems that all the major gods fell to the invasion.
